How can I pause my program?
Temporarily pause or disable your program by toggling off the app embed setting in your theme settings. 

What do I do if a customer requests to delete their loyalty account?
Please submit a data request to us through the help widget in the Simple Loyalty app. You can use email or live chat. Use the instructions for submitting a data request to ensure the correct information is included.

Why is there only one pricing plan?
By maintaining one plan, we can offer a complete suite of loyalty features more efficiently. This means that all Merchants will get existing functionality and any new features that come out without having to upgrade plans. We want to provide value to Merchants at a reasonable cost.
